Customer ObligationUpon receipt, please check your items carefully before signing for them and if your item(s) are sent as gifts, we ask you to also inform the recipient of their obligation.
ClocksDue to the mechanical nature of these products, should you experience any problems with the mechanism, we will replace any faulty clock returned to us within 6 months of the purchase date.
