Items will usually be delivered within 5-7 days (or sooner wherever possible), however please allow up to 14 days. All parcels are sent 1st class, via Royal Mail's 'Signed For' Service.

We are still accepting UK orders for Christmas up to and including Sunday 18th December 2011, which will be dispatched on Tuesday 20th December which is that last recommended postal date provided by Royal Mail.

If you wish to order an item between 18th December & 21st December (received by 11am) that is needed for Christmas, then we can dispatch using Parcelforce 48, however you would need to contact us in advance regarding additional postage costs: 01268 285059.
