I am committed to selling high quality products and to provide excellent service. My main priority is my customer. I want to ensure that your experience when ordering a product from the Irene Werner label, is a positive and happy one. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact me for assistance.

As you will note from my Storefront, all products I design are handmade in my workshop in Kwa -Zulu Natal, South Africa. With a team of excellent and experienced craftspeople, we pride ourselves in our quality and in the handmade nature of each product. Because of the hand made nature of my product, size may vary very slightly from one item to another.

No two products are exactly the same, therefore ensuring a unique, eclectic, quality piece.

Should you wish to order a bespoke item, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

Should you at any stage have a question, please feel free to click on "ask the seller a question”. I will make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If however the item you have requested is out of stock, I will not accept your order without prior discussion with you. Your options would then be to order and wait for item to be in stock again, or you may cancel your order. Should you wish to place an order on a product which is out of stock at the time, delivery time from date of order to date of delivery to the customer is approximately 2-3 weeks.

For anyone beyond the UK borders who would like to order an Irene Werner product, I will be able to arrange postage to you. However, this will be at an additional cost. Furthermore, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties incurred in the country of delivery.

I reserve the right to increase prices from time to time if necessary. I will try to avoid this; however, I hope you understand if this does occur.
