-Please note it is your responsibility to give the correct address and telephone number. We sometimes use couriers to deliver items and they need as much information about your property as possible. If your house has a name please provide further details as to its location so our courier can locate you. If you do not provide enough information about your property the parcel may be taken back to the depot. The courier will only attempt twice. If they still cannot gain access to your property if will be shipped back to the seller and you will have to pay additional postage costs to have the item re-sent.
-Once your parcel has been accepted you will be given a delivery date. This is only and estimated date of arrival as we cannot guarantee delivery on this date.
-If something is urgent or you require it by a certain date then please let me know and I will do everthing I can to dispatch your order asap.
-Any items that are over this size will be send by the courier.
-If your item has not arrived please check with your local sorting office. Please be aware in Winter weather conditions and the Christmas postal rush parcels will be taking longer than normal. This is out of my hands.
-Many of the items we sell do not fit through letterboxes and may have been taken to the depot for you to collect. So please check there first if possible before contacting us.
-Where possible we do recycle most of our packaging, so dont worry if you receive a box which doesn't necessarily match your item! We just don't want to add any new cardboard to the rubbish pile!
-If you purchased an item and paid Express Next Day and it hasn't arrived by this time please contact us asap. We can assist you if you let us know before 5pm.
