COLOURS- Colours do look different on every computer screen you see therefore silk shades may vary slightly from the actual product.
MOTIFS- Certain silk products (eye mask, lavender sachet, yoga mat bags, mouse mates) come with a motif, either dragonfly or blossom. Please state if you have a motif preference.
BROCADE- We try to show you the exact brocade you will receive, as they are limited edition this is not always possible but the base colour will be the same.
SAFETY- Please note this product range has been designed for use by adults, no items are toys and should be kept away from unsupervised children and used as directed. Please do follow our guidelines when it is suggested you consult a professional and do not hesitate to call us with any queries. The Magnetic soles should be worn for a few hours only a day rather than all the time to be the most effective. NB: The only microwavable product we sell are the neck nuzzlers, follow instructions to the letter and always check temperature with the back of you hand. before using. All other products are not designed for a microwave.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE- To keep your products at their best try to remove make up etc before use.
Product aroma can be easily rejuvenated in eye pillow, seed neck roll etc by simply rolling between you hands or finding the lavender in you eye mask, travel cushion etc and gently squeezing it between your fingers. Using a damp cloth as you go along will prolong apperance and avoid you having to dry cleaning too often - once dry cleaned you will need to place Lavender essential oil on motifs or ribbons to maintain a fragrance- NB Never put essential oil against your eyes.
