Hazey Designs want you to be completely happy with your jewellery purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with the jewellery you've received, please feel free to get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item/items.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.
If you'd like a refund, please get in touch. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and must be in their original packaging.
Items to be returned must be sent back safely and request a post office reciept as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
