Most of our designs are normally made and dispatched within 7-14 days although we reserve the right to extend these deliver times during exceptionally busy periods- when we accept your order we will automatically notify you of our intended dispatch date.
We ship the majority of our designs using a trackable courier service, our dispatch & delivery time frames are as follows:
Standard delivery: we generally need 7-14 days to make your order, depending on the szie & complexity of the design before dispatch, 1-2 days to deliver your item from the date of dispatch.
Express 2 day- ordering before 1pm (FOR STOCK ITEMS ONLY) if we have your item in stock we will have your design dispatched within 2 days of ordering. This does not apply to 'made to order' or 'bespoke' items.
These make and delivery timeframes do not apply to bespoke designs- please contact us for estimated timeframes for all bespoke enquiries.
