RETURNS & EXCHANGES - we are extremely proud of our products and check everything before it is despatched. If an item does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will offer a full refund. Please return unused items to us within 7 days and ensure that all items are sufficiently packaged. We recommend that you return your items by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Return postage will be refunded if any of our items arrive with you damaged or faulty. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned. In the unlikely event of our suppliers changing specifications or prices of a product, we reserve the right to change these accordingly, however, we try our upmost not too.

As many of our items are made by hand, they are unique so slight variations in colour, pattern, texture and size may occur, (especially with the leather goods, however, we think this adds to their beauty and uniqueness.)

CONFIDENTIALITY - your personal details remain confidential with us and will not be exchanged or handed to any other organisation.
