COMPLETION OF ORDERSAs all of our items are handmade and hand painted to order, we often require a 28-day completion and delivery period. We will always try our best to dispatch as soon as we can but as we are often extremely busy, it is not always possible to dispatch earlier than the estimated delivery date.

PERSONALISED ITEMSIf an item is being personalised with a name, specific date or text (or any other non-standard design), orders CANNOT be cancelled after 7 days. No refunds will be given after this time.Please contact us via the 'ask seller a question' button before ordering if you are unclear on any aspect of the product or colour choice.

VARIATIONSPlease note that items may vary from photographs due to their hand made nature and use of some reclaimed wood.All items are hand painted which makes each piece unique.All sizes quoted are approximate and exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.Please contact us if you would like a colour chart for exact paint shades or go to www.giddykipper.net and click on Colour Choices in left-hand column

DELIVERYAll orders are sent by First Class post via Royal Mail with the exception of some larger items e.g Birdboxes, Garden Party Signs and Bookends, which are delivered by our courier (Parcelforce)Items are packaged in good quality bubblewrap and padded envelope to ensure thay arrive in excellent condition. Recycled packaging is used wherever possible for large items.
