All of our products are handmade-to-order and hand painted and as we are often extremely busy, it may be necessary for us to require up to 28-days for delivery. However, we try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible! Please let us know if you have a required date (within reason!) and we will take this into account.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a gift wrapping service - we try to use recycled packaging wherever possible and orders are protected by bubble-wrap (please see 'terms info'). Therefore, any gift messages (which are offered automatically by this site) will be in the form of a standard gift note to the recipient with the option of adding a short message, typed by ourselves on dispatch.
