FREE DELIVERY is offered on all cufflinks. Made to order items will be dispatched approximately 7 working days after your order is placed.

Glass vessels, platters and coasters are subject to a small postage charge to reflect additional P&P costs.

All items (except overseas orders) that have free standard delivery are dispatched by Royal Mail, unless otherwise specified. Larger or high value items are usually sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier company. This means that a signature is required.

If your order is delayed, please ask Georgina Griffiths for the item's tracking number (NB this is not applicable to items sent by standard free delivery). This will allow you to chase up the delivery with Royal Mail or the courier company. Please note that the Post Office do not designate items sent via standard First Class Post as lost until they have been missing for 15 days. If you need an item for a specific date, you are advised to opt for Express delivery, which means that it will be sent by Special Delivery and will arrive on the next week day after dispatch before 1pm (please note that personalised items take at least 5 working days to prepare, so if you opt for Express delivery please take this into account).

Items sent by Express 2-day or Guaranteed delivery are tracked, and will need to be signed for at the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. It is therefore recommended that items are delivered to an address where either you or a trusted person can take delivery.

Overseas delivery: please note that any potential import charges and taxes imposed by Customs are the recipient's responsibility.
