Seller’s Delivery Policy:All of the beauty gifts from the “Oo La La” Collection are handmade and will be delivered usually within 7 days.All of the wedding favours are bespoke and are handmade especially to order and will be delivered usually within 1 month.All of the roses and petals and rose wedding favours are all bespoke and are freeze-dried and prepared by hand especially to order. The roses and petals take time to freeze-dry and prepare and will be delivered usually within 2-3 months. Please contact “Forever & ever” with the date of your wedding or special occasion and we will deliver your gifts to you in perfect condition just before your special occasion.The roses and petals will continue to look lovely for some time, but will be in their prime for about 4 months. Colours may vary slightly due to photographic reproduction and the natural variation of the roses.Seller’s Returns Policy All the bridal and beauty gifts by “Forever & ever” are bespoke and handmade and prepared especially to order. Because the roses are purchased fresh on an individual basis prior to freeze-drying, and all the chocolate, beauty gifts an favours are all bespoke and handmade especially for you, refunds will only be considered if an order is cancelled before the fresh roses and other products have been purchased, and before any products have been prepared especially for you. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given after the orders have been prepared and no returns on any product, unless your bespoke gift arrives to you damaged or broken.
