Customers must please note that due to the handmade nature of all of the products, and the individuality of some of the vintage fabrics and trims used, slight design and colour variations will occur from item to item, but not so much as to affect the integrity of the design.

I have included as much detail in the product description as possible, regarding the colour of the fabric, embroidery, trims, fillings and size. If you have a question or concern about the product that I have not covered, please do get in touch with me using the 'ask the seller a question' facility. I do not offer refunds for bespoke orders unless I am at fault ie. incorrect spelling of a name.
