We hope that you will delighted with our pieces, however if you need to you may cancel an order up to 7 days from the day you received the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned earrings, unless arranged beforehand, due to hygiene reasons.
You must cancel your order in writing and agree with us when and how you will return the goods before the end of the seven day period . If you believe the goods are faulty, then you must explain this at this time.
Once this is confirmed you have a further 7 days to return the items.
You must return the goods to us appropriately packed in the relevant box and packaged so as to minimise the chance of damage.
Please include with the goods your full contact details, reason for return and any exchange you wish to make to replace the returned item.
Please obtain proof of postage.
Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods, conditional upon stock availability.
