Orders are usually sent out within 2 - 5 days. Please feel free to get in touch prior to ordering by using the "ask seller a question" feature if you require more information.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday our current timescale can be found on the individual product pages, any enquires made over weekends are usually responded to the next working day.
Standard delivery within the UK is with Royal Mail and usually takes 1-2 days. A signature is required on most orders sent by this method.
Express delivery is delivered the next working day when ordered by 12pm Monday-Friday. Saturday is not considered a working day though delivery may be made on this day. A signature is always required on express delivery orders.
International orders are sent by Airsure/International Signed For and will require a signature. This service usually takes 3-7 working days. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at your point of entry to your destination.
Delays incurred due to customs procedures are not included in the timescales given above.
EVY Designs jewellery is tissue wrapped and goes into EVY Designs gift boxes. Gent's gifts will arrive in contemporary designed aluminium boxes with a black outer sleeve. Included with every item is a little information card giving a description of the piece, perfect for giving as a gift.
Any problems with orders should be reported within 7 days. You should initially e-mail EVY Designs indicating you wish to return your item and the reason for the return.
Commission/Bespoke items of jewellery are non refundable unless faulty.
We are unble to refund on pierced earrings due to EU Hygiene regulations
Any refund will be less postage costs.
