Our illustrated plates/mugs and earrings are all hand drawn in a limited quantity, therefore may vary slightly. They can also be customized if you wish, with a name, a birdy tweeting a personal message for example, or pehaps you would like us to make you a pair of squirell earrings! Please get in contact.

All plates/mugs are dishwasher safe, but we advise handwashing them to prolong the life.

We aim to despatch your order within 24-48 hours (weekdays) but please allow to 5-7 working days for delivery. (Unless the product is made to order, then delivery time will be advised on ordering)

Products over £20 are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your edwina.simone purchase, please get in contact & we will do our best to resolve the problem. Earrings however cannot be returned/exchanged unless faulty.

We do our best to carefully pack all items to ensure all packages arrive safely, but cannot be help responsible for packages that are damaged in transit.
