I aim to send them out all orders within 5-7 days. Personalised items may take a little longer I will let you know in the unlikely event that there will be a delay on your order, offering either to keep the order on back order or cancel it. If you need an item for a particular date please contact me first and I will reply to your request the same day. We send items first class and offer free postage within mainland UK on orders over £30.00.
