Every item is sent out as soon as possible, within the times stated in the product description. You will be emailed an estimated dispatch date shortly after placing your order. Longer dispatch times are indicated in the product descriptions of items requiring hallmarking, but these items are usually dispatched much earlier than stated. Please use the 'ask seller a question' to request current approximate dispatch times if required.
Each piece of Daisychain Jewellery is beautifully presented in a chocolate brown box tied with a matching ribbon or in an organza bag complete with a handmade gift tag. Gift messages can be handwritten on the tag, and items sent directly to the gift recipient at your request.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard. This service guarantees delivery by 1pm the day after dispatch and requires signing for. International orders are sent using recorded airmail, which again requires a signature on delivery. Non-EU parcels require a customs form to be attached. Any customs fees incurred are the customer's responsibility.
