CUSHY BRANDS RETURNS POLICY

We hope with all our Products that they arrive to your door without any damages occurring in transit however should this happen we must be notified within 72 hours of our delivery date for exchanges.

All our deliveries are double checked and noted before sending them out but should there been any shortages the same 72 hour policy of notifying us must be carried out.If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the product, please do so in the original packaging and unused. Please indicate on the delivery note whether you wish a refund or exchange. We urge you to obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office and ensure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Return postage will be refunded if any of the goods arrived damaged or are faulty.Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned to us.We will always endeavour to provide the best service we can and listen to our customers. Should you have unusual circumstances that made it impossible for you to contact us within the 72 hours we will of course listen and take this into consideration.
