Most CuCuu products are one-off due to limited quantities of fabric. Some items pictured on the website, particularly within the general group shots, will no longer be available to buy. Where prompted, please refer to the drop-down colour/design options for all available products, or use 'ask the seller a question' to request a 'similar' item to be specially made.

In the unlikely event of non-availability of goods purchased, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund where applicable.

We have made every effort to display the products featured on the website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour, texture, or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description.
