We will always aim to deliver within 5 days for items in stock but please contact us should your order not arrive within this time. Most items will arrive much sooner than this. You will be informed upon placing the order about delivery times on items made to order, or use 'ask the seller a question' to enquire before you buy.

All UK Standard items costing £10 and over are sent by recorded delivery to ensure a secure service. This service requires a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is not there to receive the package it will be taken back to the Royal Mail collection office where it will be kept for 7 days. In this instance a redelivery or collection will have to be arranged by the recipient. If the package is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to CuCuu. If this happens please contact CuCuu as soon as possible to arrange a redelivery. All postage costs will be charged to the customer. If the customer would prefer to cancel the order this can happen only after CuCuu has received the returned package and only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.

All UK Standard items costing under £10 will be sent normal first class delivery and will not require a signature upon arrival.

International customers will receive their CuCuu products by Royal Mail International Signed For delivery and can expect them 7-10 working days from postage to Europe, and 10-28 days from postage to the rest of the world. Most items will arrive much sooner than this. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

CuCuu cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item ordered, or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

CuCuu accepts no responsibility for items being lost or damaged in the post. Every effort is made to package the products in a suitable manner to reduce the risk of damage to a minimum.
