All deliveries require a signature, customers who request an unsigned for delivery do so at their own risk. Customers who require delivery for a certain date should phone to ensure it is possible, we are usually able to meet most dates. If a delivery date is not specified at the time of ordering we cannot guarantee delivery for that date. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Parcels that are returned because no one was available to sign will be re-despatched as soon as they are returned to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in these circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to sign for deliveries.
Please note that all goods are despatched as soon as possible. Generally, please allow 2-5 days. Embroidered Personalised items take 7-10 days. Items needed for certain date must be specifically requested at the time of ordering.
