All our products are checked before dispatch so no problem with your products should arise. If however your item was faulty please inform us within 3 days and return the items within 10 days with their original packaging, in a secure parcel, in original condition and with proof of purchase. A replacement or refund for the item will then be actioned. We regret we cannot replace or refund goods that fail to be returned, and are not in the same state as they were delivered.
