Completion of orders

As all my items are handmade and many made to order, I often require a 21-day completion and delivery period. I will always try my best to dispatch as soon as I can though it is not always possible to dispatch earlier than the estimated delivery date. If you require an quicker completion date please contact me before placing an order.

Personalised itemsIf an item is being personalised with a name, specific date or text (or any other non-standard design), orders CANNOT be cancelled after 7 days. No refunds will be given after this time.Please contact us via the 'ask seller a question' button before ordering if you are unclear on any aspect of the product or colour choice.

VariationsPlease note that items may vary from photographs due to their hand made nature,use of some paper and the nature of wood.All items are hand finished which makes each piece unique.All sizes quoted are approximate and exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed - please contact me if you have any queries regarding this.

DeliveryAll orders are sent by First Class post via Royal Mail.Items are packaged in good quality bubblewrap and are well packaged to ensure thay arrive in excellent condition. Recycled packaging is used wherever possible.
