Each piece of artwork and personalised items ordered through the website is bespoke and created uniquely for you. As such, no refunds will be given, nor cancellations accepted, once the order has been accepted. In certain situations, I may be able to refund all or a portion of the payment at my sole discretion.
For non-artwork and non-personalised products such as cards and fabric creations, I will accept returns of products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning a product.
