Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of the (tracked) goods being delivered and signed for, any claims after this time will not be considered. All products are dispatched by our chosen tracked and signed for method, if you would like your item dispatched by a method/courier of your choice we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover this. This process will also invalidate your right to claim for goods damaged in transit.
All products are sent tracked and will require a signature on delivery. We suggest that your delivery address is a location where someone will be able to sign for your item during normal business hours as we cannot be held liable for items returned to us due to you not being at home when the item is delivered.
We cannot accept liability for late deliveries as a result of servere weather conditions, customers not being at the delivery address when delivery is made or any other circumstances that are beyond our control. Any claims for compensation will not be considered if any of the above apply.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for re-delivery of item/s where goods have been returned to us due to the customer not being available to receive the item, the minimum charge including administration fee will be £20.00 + vat.
We deliver to most countries within Europe with our standard delivery charge with exception to the following: Malta, Greece, Vatican City State, Sicily, Monaco, Canary Islands, Cyprus & Gibraltar where a £40.00 delivery surcharge will be payable in addition to our standard delivery costs.
All goods delivered outside of the UK will be sent as 'gift' items for the purpose of duty and taxes. It is the sole responsibilty of the customer to ensure that any taxes or duty applicable within the country of delivery are paid in full.
