Terms and Conditions

 

 

  • Each picture ordered is bespoke under the Cheeky Monkeyz brand.
  • No image can be used by Cheeky Monkeyz for any purposes without approval from the owner of the bespoke image.
  • Each image must be supplied with specified size and colour via email and sent to the Cheeky Monkeyz email address.
  • Cheeky Monkeyz has the right to reject the image if the designer feels it is not suitable, at this point Cheeky Monkeyz will liaise with the purchaser and advise them of a suitable picture, if this can not be agreed, Cheeky Monkeyz will refund the amount in full.
  • Each purchaser can send more than one image at any time, it needs to be specified that the choice is with Cheeky Monkeyz as to which one should be used.
  • Every purchaser has the opportunity to reject the image prior to print and production based on colour or image. This feedback must be done within 7 days of receiving the image.
  • The purchaser will receive the image prior to print and production for approval, the purchaser can make one set of amendments to image or colour without incurring any extra charge. Any extra amendments will incur a cost of £25 per amendment.
  • All ordered pictures will be delivered within 28 days.
  • The purchaser can specify a different delivery address if requested and this can be done via email.
  • Once Cheeky Monkeyz has received your emailed image; Cheeky Monkeyz will send to the purchaser an image for approval. The purchaser must email approval within 7 days. Once Cheeky Monkeyz has received approval the image will be sent to print and production. Once approval has been supplied the purchaser cannot change colour, image size, or request refund.
  • All deliveries will be sent via TNT or an alternative courier, on receiving the goods, please check for any damages, as no refund will be given without proof of damages prior to delivery.

12. All UK mainland deliveries are free of charge, any overseas, international deliveries will incur separate charges. To find out cost, please advise Cheeky Monkeyz on delivery address.
