All items are individually handmade by Charlotte Berry so colours, textures and sizes may vary slightly from those shown. As all items are unique no two items will be identical, however, in every instance, Charlotte will endeavour to reproduce colour, sizes and textures as shown in all images.

Charlotte Berry takes every care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of her products are correct, however, Charlotte reserves the right to alter designs without consultation where she deems such alterations are an improvement on form or comfort.

In some cases, where an item is being customised to order, delivery times maybe slightly longer than stated. This is to ensure that each piece is made exactly to the customers specifications and to the highest standards.
