Delivery Information

Most items are dispatched the same day as ordering and usually arrive typically within 2-3 working days.

If an item can be delivered using 1st Class Royal Mail (under 2 kgs when packed) then the delivery charge will be £2.95 (some items have free delivery).

If the item is too big to be sent via Royal Mail, then it will be delivered with a courier and the postage and packing charge will be £4.95 per order. Extra large items will have separate courier costs and these will be shown at time of ordering.

We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible after ordering, provided we have payment clearance, and certainly within 6 working days. If there should be a further delay on a delivery then we will contact you to advise you.

Most items will require a signature, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive the parcel.

We are unable to accept liability for any delay resulting from something which is the responsibility of the carrier or courier.

We are afraid we are unable to deliver parcels to these areas before Christmas. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

IN OTHER AREAS SOME DELIVERIES MAY BE DELAYED.
