Brambleberries Terms and Conditions

DISPATCH TIMES - As all of our items are handmade and hand painted to order, we sometimes need a 28-day completion and dispatch time (typically we dispatch within 3 weeks). We will always try our best to post as soon as we can. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post, proof of postage is obtained for every item sent.

PERSONALISED ITEMS - If an item is being personalised with a name, specific date or text (or any other customer specified design), orders CANNOT be cancelled after 7 days. No refunds will be given after this time.Please contact us via the 'ask seller a question' button BEFORE ordering if you have any questions or special requests i.e. different colour options, early delivery date etc.

POSSIBLE VARIATIONS - As each item is custom made to order please allow for slight variations. All sizes are approximate and exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed as web images may vary slightly to the actual colour.

RETURNS - As personalised goods cannot be resold they are only retrurnable if a mistake has been made on our part, they CANNOT BE RETURNED if you have changed your mind, please keep this in mind when ordering. I will of course make you a new item if it arrives damaged (ON RETURN OF THE DAMAGED ITEM)
