Delivery: Boxwood delivery policy:
Prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only
We do charge extra on large, bulky, heavy items, due to the amount of packaging required & the limitations of the quoted capped postage.
Once an order is accepted please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
During the busy spells we work very had at posting within 2/3 days of getting the order.
Returns:Boxwood return policy:
Please let us know why you would like to return an item first by contacting us on mail@boxwood.net
All returned items must be well wrapped, any damaged items returned to us will not be refunded.
Returned items must be received by us within 5 working days. Especially Christmas items as we are very limited to selling time, I am sure you will appreciate this.
We will not accept any Christmas returns after the 19th of December, as this will be too late for us to restock & sell the item.
Please note that we do not give exchanges, credit notes or refunds on:Personalised itemsItems returned after seven daysItems lost or broken during return transitPlease ensure that returns are packed and labeled carefully so they are not lost or damaged in transit. We do not pay postage on returns unless the return is as a result of our error or the goods are faulty.We deal with returns as quickly as we can, but during busy periods please allow 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.With regards to damaged items, we require photographic evidence detailing any damages to the item. This can be sent to mail@boxwood.net. Please note a lot of our items are hand finished and do have a rustic/shabby chic look to them. So cracking or chips are often deliberate.
