Delivery times and receipt of goods Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order (however allow 7-10 working days for large magnetic boards and floor mats). Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you. Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We regret that we are only able to ship products to UK mainland. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery. We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but, to avoid confusion, please inform them in advance that a parcel from Beyond the Fridge is going to be delivered. Note: The value of the goods does not appear on the gift packing slip. Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.
