Delivery times and receipt of goods Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order (however allow 7-10 days for large magnetic boards). Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you.
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We regret that we are only able to ship products to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses.
If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but, to avoid confusion, please inform them in advance that a parcel from Beyond the Fridge is going to be delivered. Note: The value of the goods does not appear on the packing slip.
