We create all our prints as they are ordered so, on rare ocassions, it may take as long as 28 days for your item to reach you from the point of ordering. However, the majority of our personalised prints are designed and have a proof uploaded to your customer page, within two days of ordering. From that point it is simply a matter of making any changes that you request and printing and posting your item. So the process could be as speedy as 3 days! Please be aware that adding framing to your order will add a few days to the turnaround time and we can only send framed items to mainland UK destinations.
On our cards, mugs and teatowels and some unframed personalised items we are pleased to offer next working day or two day delivery. Personalised items ordered before 1pm on a next day service will have an artwork proof uploaded before 5.30 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will have the artwork uploaded by 12 noon the following day. We will still need a proof sign off from you before we print and send, so please look out for this. If you can sign your proof off by 2pm, we will print and post the same day, but after 2pm we will print and post the next working day. Please be aware that prints posted on a Friday will not be guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday. Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
We currently do not offer a next day service on any of our framed prints.
Unframed prints are wrapped in tissue paper, and sent in a protective cardboard tube, delivered by Royal Mail 48 which normally takes 2-3 working days from posting.
The tubes do not fit through the letterbox, so if you are out at the time of delivery your postie may leave it with a neighbour or take it to the local collection office. You may not always get a calling card to inform you of this!
Framed prints and canvases are sent by courier.
We proudly reuse and recycle all packaging materials that are sent to us. Practically speaking this means you may receive your order in a box or envelope that has been used before. If for any reason you would prefer 'virgin' packaging - maybe it's a gift going direct - then just let us know.
