Please note that delivery is 2-5 days so please allow 10 working days for your order to reach you, however it is often quicker.
Please allow plenty of time for delivery of orders during busy periods e.g. the run-up to Christmas.
Personalised cards: when ordering a personalised card, please ensure that the name you enter in the text box is spelt correctly as it will appear on your card exactly as you have typed it and I am unable to provide a refund on personalised cards.
Lower or upper case - please note that names entered into a text box will appear in the format of the sample card shown on the product page - this is normally e.g. Harry. Should you wish the name to appear in capital letters e.g. HARRY, please enter the name in capital letters in the text box and confirm via email. If I do not receive a separate confirmation email, the name will appear as e.g. Harry.
If you think you may have entered the incorrect name immediately after placing your order, just send me a quick email with the correct spelling and I will make sure the correct name appears on your card(s).
Unable to add to basket: if you are unable to add an item to your basket, please refer to the date shown on the product page which indicates when you will be able to place your order.
Colour variance: although every care has been taken to colour match, please note that, due to the calibration and resolution of your monitor, the colours on the website may seem brighter and vary slightly from the colours on the printed version of the greetings card.
