We ship twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

We ship first class, in the UK, so your package should arrive promptly the day after it is posted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGYour package will be posted using international airmail, which unfortunately has no tracking.

Shipping to Europe takes approximately 3-5 business days.Shipping to the US takes approximately 4-7 business days.Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore etc takes approximately 7-10 business days.*If you are ordering an item for a special occassion, please leave plenty of time as the timings above are only approximate and parcels can take longer.We do everything we can to ensure your purchases arrive in prestine condition.

Prints are protected in cello sleeves, sandwiched between 2 reusable corrugated sheets & then securely sealed in heavy duty envelopes.To make extra sure the framed prints arrive with their corners intact, we spend extra care in sourcing a bespoke packing case. The box has an additional insert that protects the corners from any knocks and bumps along the way. We have had some heart stopping fun in hurling the box accross the studio and our transit test was a success!The buttons, magnets etc are also sealed in cello sleeves & sent protected in bubble mailers, with a stiffener to prevent them bending. If you order prints & buttons etc at the same time, we make sure that they are packaged in such a way that the bulkier items don't damage the print.
