All the items are made to order and not held in stock.  Standard delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail first-class which normally ensures delivery within 2-3 working days and 5-7 working days during volume periods such as Christmas.  Delays in the postal system are not the responsibility of Bee@Home.  There is also a guaranteed delivery service at extra charge and on larger items (without extra charges) which can be tracked by the customer and takes from 3 to 5 working days.  CHRISTMAS 2009! - due to the high volume of orders, Bee@Home is closing the order book a little early this year on Thursday 10 December.  Any orders placed after this date may not reach the destination for Christmas.  Thank you for a fantastic Christmas demand.
