BeauVamp complies with notonthehighstreet.com terms and conditions policy.

Returns

As all items are bespoke and made to order, the final project cost is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Should a return be granted under special circumstances agreed with BeauVamp then the customer will need to cover all shipping costs involved for delivery and return.

Should the design specification change then the final price will be subject to vary. Any price changes will be agreed beforehand.

Colours of materials may vary on screen depending on your computer settings therefore it is recommended that communication is also made through the post where necessary.

Delivery

A delivery date will be agreed and the item/s will be dispatched once the final payment has been received and cleared.

All delivery costs will have been agreed prior to confirmation of the project.

All deliveries will take place from Monday – Friday before 5pm and a signature will be required. Weekend delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.

If an item is broken or faulty on delivery then a full refund will be offered. BeauVamp will be responsible for organising the return courier details. If the item can be repaired then this service will also be offered.

All logos, products, images, graphics and text on the website and promotional material is the property of BeauVamp and cannot, under any circumstances be reproduced, sold or exploited without the prior written consent of BeauVamp.

Description of Products

As most lampshades are made to order, designs will vary each time.

Every effort has ben made to display as accurately as possible the colours of each product on the site. However fabric samples for all made to order items can also be sent in the post on request.
