Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us you are deemed as having read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions and returns policy.

Completion of Orders:

Orders are usually dispatched next working day, with the exception of personalised items which are made to order and will be dispatched within 10 working days. We always try to dispatch all orders as soon as we can but please be aware that during busy periods, some orders may be delayed.

Personalised Items:

If an item is personalised in any form, such as with a name, message or date, order CANNOT be cancelled after 24 hours from placing the order. No refunds will be given after this time.

Please use the 'contact the seller' option before ordering if you are unsure about colour choice or layout.

Only personalised items which have been produced not to the customer's order will be exchanged or refunded. Please check spelling of messages carefully before placing your order.

Variations:

Please be aware that colours may differ slightly to that shown on your screen. Please contact us if you would like a colour chart for exact paint shades.

Due to the handmade nature of all our products, there may be slight variations in design.

All sizes quoted are approximate.

Delivery:

Most of our items are send via Royal Mail Second Class post with the exception of some larger items.

Items are well packaged with good quality bubblewrap or polysterene. We try to use recycled packaging where possible.

Returns:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
