If you receive an Alison Dymond item and you are not entirely satisfied, you can count on my complete help and co-operation at all times.Every item created by Alison Dymond is a unique piece of jewellery, therefore once an item is sold, it will not be replicated. If you purchase an item that has been sold, you will be informed and a substitution will be offered, if this is not suitable, a full refund will be granted.Please regard your purchased items with respect, particularly as thay are made from glass, pearl and shell. Breakages will occur if jewellery is dropped. Alison Dymond suggests removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or sleeping.Every effort has been made to represent products accurately,and to ensure that all descriptions and images of items are truly representative. However, each piece is made individually and due to the unique nature of pearls, beads and buttons used, there may be variations in size and colours.
