We did not send you an alternative product to the one photographed - there is simply a difference in the name used to describe the colour - oyster grey in the "weddings" section and "silver" in the Christmas section. You received the exact twine pictured in the order listing. 16 Nov 2011This didn't arrive in my initial delivery but there was a small one instead. I queried this and was told this was out of stock and would be sent out separately as sson as it was available again. There was no note explaining this.
