Th efirst mirror had a chip but the company reacted responsively and sent a replcaement and picked up the damaged product efficiently and effectively. Excellent service.

I love my mirror, its beautiful, disapointed with the postal service used, would have been much better for me had it been taken to the local post office, rather than have to arrange another delivery time and wait in.
