15 Nov 2011The edge of the shelve was damages and it was stained stained with the blue from the packaging, It is too much hassel for me to return items so I have sanded off the damaged end,

We are sorry that your shelf arrived slightly damaged. On the rare occasion that goods arrive damaged we replace the item promptly and with the minimum of hassle. We are very surprised that you have given our shelf a poor product rating as you have subsequently ordered another shelf !
