All are parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st class packet rate. All items are well wrapped in re-cycled bubble wrap. We have a 100% success rate in safe delivery. All items are individually hand made to order and therefore small variations may occur in paint shades fabrics and trimmings, but everything is finished to a high standard and care is taken to achieve that unique Okey Dokey style.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
