This lovely wooden hand made, heart would make the perfect gift for any mum, aunt or grandmother. It can be personalised with your own inscription to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. This makes a lovely Mothers Day Gift.

The heart is decorated with a smaller wooden heart and painted flowers and leaves.

It measures approximately 21cms high including the wire hanger.
