Sweet Dreams Cake Shop Painted Sign

This vintage style distressed cake shop sign has been painted onto a recycled cupboard door.  It is titled Antique Lilacs and is part of a series inspired by childhood summers at my Grandparent’s lakeside home.  

This wooden  sign  has been hand painted with trailing lilacs, cakes and tea, and a twig border onto a distressed and crackled cream ground.    

Measuring approximately 61 by 38 cm and 2 cm thick, this sign has been prepared for hanging.  

This sign will sit particularly well in a kitchen or dining room, or anywhere in the home and it has been sealed with indoor varnish but please note that this sign is not suitable for use outdoors.
