Vintage Chic Anything (fabrics, furnishings, clothing, china, flowers) and full blown old fashioned roses are ultra hot trends at the moment, and this distressed wooden sign is the ultimate accessory for your home. Suitable for use in any room, it will add just the right touch of timeworn style to your interior scheme.
Hand painted pink roses combine with the word Roses on a distressed cream ground. The lettering is available in a variety of colours including black, chocolate brown and forest green as well as vintage sky blue (as shown).
This sign measuring approx 42 centimetres by 9 centimetres and 2 cms thick, has been finished with an indoor matt varnish.
It is important to remember that sun, wind and water can cause wood to split, warp, and rot and the paint to flake, peel and fade. For use outdoors in a sheltered position (porch or verandah) please select the outdoor satin varnish and wax option, but keep in mind this will alter the finish from matt to satin.
Please note that as the roses are hand painted, no two will be exactly the same. While the composition and colours will be consistent, each rose, bud and leaf will be unique.
Please also choose an option for hanging which includes hidden hooks, or wire fixed through drilled holes at the top. Please see my other products to see how the wire will look.
