Rose Garden Sign
This vintage style, cottage chic wooden sign titled Granny’s Beauties is part of a series inspired by childhood summers at my Grandparent’s lakeside home.
The sign has been hand painted with old fashioned pink roses on a distressed soft pink background, and will bring a sense of summer into your home year round.
Measuring approximately 26 by 15 cm and 2 cm thick, this sign is painted with acrylic paints and finished with a matt finish acrylic interior varnish. It has a ring hook in the back for hanging.
It is important to remember that sun, wind and water can cause wood to warp, split and rot, and the paint to fade, crackle and peel, despite varnishing.
If you want use this sign outdoors in a protected position (covered porch or veranda) please select the drop down menu option for an outdoor varnish and wax finish. Please note though, the finish will alter from matt to satin with an outdoor finish.
