11 Mar 2012I had an email saying it had been dispatched, it didn't arrive so I emailed to be told that it should arrive late, I had to email again to be told that it was on it's way - weeks late. Why send an email saying it was dispatched when it wasn't? Why advertise an item when it is not available? Again, it was a birthday present and the whole episode put me in a poor position with my best friend.
