Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you’re not totally happy with your purchase. The feedback for this product is generally very positive. The boxes all show a photograph of the assembled bird feeder. The bird is not pictured as it is my understanding that in Sweden, from where the product originates, you are not allowed to depict an image which is not exactly what you are selling. Since the box contains a feeder but no bird, birds cannot be shown. I hope this clarifies the point and that you - or the recipient - are happy with the product itself. Many thanks, Caro
