Our innovative herb dryer is designed for contemporary living. Easy to put up and take down, it uses little space but lets you preserve your home grown and foraged produce for year-round use. The dryer was shortlisted for Product of the Year, Chelsea Flower Show 2011.
The herb dryer is constructed from salvaged rubber wood and has washable unbleached cotton drying sheets. It is easy to assemble and comes flat-packed with instructions. Using the ancient method of air-drying, the dryer enables you to preserve herbs, seed, mushrooms and chilies quickly and easily.
A great gift for anyone who gardens, or who loves to cook, or both!
